Returning with a new format

I didn't actually mean to drop off the face of the blogosphere but, well, these things happen. Truthfully, it got a little boring just doing Kelloggs and Pampers, so I'm going to take it up a notch. The original purpose of the blog was to get points for free which would, in theory, lead to fabulous cash and prizes.

Folks, we're going to step it up a notch. No, no, you can sit down. No standing ovation necessary. I'm going to bring in some of the other programs that will get you some freebies, like MyPoints and Swagbucks. Some of them will be referral based. Some won't. Some may be and I just don't know about them. As always, if I stand to benefit, I'll let you know.

Eventually, I'll be moving this over to an easier to read platform and doing some other fun stuff but, as we all know, I tend to take my time with these things.

We'll start with an offer from MyPoints, a "paid to click" site. You can get points for clicking on emails, watching videos, etc. Not a ton, of course, but it adds up. Every once in a while, though, they'll give you a chance to rack up a lot of points quickly. Points are worth approximately 2/3 of a cent each.

MyPoints has an offer (good through the 18th) to earn up to 17,500 points by donating to Childfund International Online, a charity. You need to give for several months to get the entire amount, but the first month is where you can arbitrage a profit. Give $33 and they'll give you your first 7,000 points, worth about $46. What you do after that is up to you.

In any case, this post is the first of what I hope will be many.

  1. Looking forward to your return. I've missed out on at least 1000 pampers points since you've been gone.

  2. I'm sorry, I'll try to do better. :)

Doesn't look like they're good for much these days, though.
